Q: How much money would you need?

Q: How can I get my money back quickly If I need It?

A: Typically, we pay either 5% to 7% annually, paid monthly as interest only, or 8% to 12% annually, If I defer payments until I sell the property and cash you out.

A: NO, Not at all, We have one investor per property. Pooling money may seem to reduce risk, however, It makes borrowing a complicated legal and bookkeeping hassle with the IRS.I am better off using my efforts to find and locate deals so we can all benefit.

A: We are buying properties 35% to 70% of market value. Even at a market decline, we will still make a profit, and you will always be paid your interest and principal before we get any money back.
Q: "What is the minimum amount I can invest?"
